This role is for an entrepreneur who wants to build a category-defining consciousness technology company, not for someone who wants a job.

You're an entrepreneur looking for your next vehicle. You have the skills to write your own ticket anywhere, but you're looking for the right mission to pour yourself into. You want to build wealth by building something that matters.

You're absolutely cracked on AI-native marketing. You don't just use AI tools occasionally, you think in systems. You see how AI agents can scan social platforms for emerging trends, how Claude can generate hooks and scripts at scale, how automations can manage content across a dozen channels, and how the winners get scaled with paid. You're not theorizing about this future, you're building it, hands-on, right now.

You have impeccable creative taste. You understand what hooks land, what stories resonate, what aesthetics convert. You deeply understand the archetype of meditators, manifesters, and people seeking transformation, because you're part of that world yourself.

You're on your own journey. You've done the work, whether that's meditation, therapy, plant medicine, or other modalities. You understand transformation from the inside, which gives you authentic voice and genuine motivation.

An AI-powered growth system - not a manual content operation. You'll architect workflows that generate hooks, scripts, and content at scale. You'll manage 6-12+ channels through automation. You'll identify winners and scale them with paid, increasingly managed through AI tooling.

Full-spectrum distribution - creators, SEO, ASO, podcasts, partnerships, community, email. You own all of it.

Growth infrastructure - experimentation systems, analytics dashboards, attribution, and the AI agents that multiply your execution capacity 10-20x.

The brand and cultural momentum - you're the bridge between the vision and the world. You turn insight into story, story into momentum, momentum into culture.

You move fast. Slow, cautious, or perfectionist tendencies are immediate disqualifiers. You ship, measure, learn, repeat.

You're AI-native. Not fluent in AI tools and workflows? This isn't the role.

You're a builder, not an outsourcer. Agency mindset — wanting to hire people to do the work rather than building systems yourself — won't work here.
